Trade Marketing Plan

Served as the creative leader for event planning before, during, and after ICAST 2022. Worked closely with the president and CEO to develop a new brand identity for the company and a highly-successful conservation-focused strategy for the event. Responsible for the creation of storyboards, mockups, design, and execution of the show deliverables. Led a team of 25 designers in the project management of printing and final production. Served as the digital architect for the ICAST Product Showcase across all touch points. During the event, supported team goals with on-location filming, creative direction, talent setup, social media direction, and media transfer for various platforms.
